I have a '12 CT. The driverside wheel well has seperated from the front bumper and now I am told the bumper needs replacement. Apparently there are 'clips' ( you can see the screw attachments just inside the wheel well near the body exterior) that have broken. Any other remedies out there?

Those clips are are $1.50 each. My passenger front wheel well was completely torn apart by something I ran over on the freeway and I had to replace it. The body shop didn't even charge me for the clips.

Somebody probably bumbed your bumper and broke the part that the clips connect to. Probably while you were parked if you didn't notice any hits while driving. Could probably be fixed, but it might affect the bumper energy absorption if they glassed a repair.
