when changing the brake pads on the ct what methods have members used.
i am asking as i know its not as straight forward as a normal car with the
braking system being pressurised before you move off.
any help / advice would be great.
anybody has done this job, replacing de brakepads?
I know you must disconnect the - of the battery so the brakes can not activate when you are changing the pads.
But i am afraid that when connecting the - again there will be errors that I can not reset myself.
I had brake pads changed by my mechanic, he has never done it before on a hybrid car so I gave him instructions. Battery was disconected during the operation. Connected battery myself. Run diagnostic and there were no fault codes.
pidu has used a code reader to check wether any codes had ben stored
