After some extended fight got it $550 off MSRP.
Rear view camera in the mirror is kinda cool.

Hi what model did you get 2012 base premium ? Of with nav ? As I heard that base premium model now has read view camera ??

Yes, it's 2012 base premium. No navigation.
I think that rear view camera is a very useful option on this car.
