Does anyone know if the new enkei Raijin Will fit our ct?

Offset +45
Bore diameter 72.6
5x100

Tires would be 225/40/18, is it possible to run 215/40/18?

Just did some research for OEM wheels to compare:
17x7
Offset +45
Bore diameter 54.1
5x100

Per the offset calculator: +13mm extend outside and -13mm in the inside of the wheel

with the different bore diameter, does that mean the Enkei Raijins won't fit?
