Looks like they are slip over replacements. The oem gas f-sport pedal is a complete assembly not just a rubber and aluminum pad

Just got mine, they are slip over's and the dead pedal comes with 3 self tapping screws (also comes with 2 stickers, one with 'Lexus' and another with 'F-Sport'). Great service from these guys and would recommend them.Found this in eBay:

Rained all weekend so have still not been able to fit these yet!!
Well I finally managed to get them installed today, and I must admit IMHO they look really good, see the photo's at

Both brake pedals are replacements, the accelerator is a slip over, took me about 15 minutes.
One tip, when applying them use a small amount of washing up liquid on the back, works as a lubricant and makes the job much easier. The foot rest needs a small drill to make 3 small holes for the screws.
These will be on eBay shortly for RHD (which is what the pictures are of, you will notice the footrest is a very different shape to that of LHD.
Once they are listed I will post the link here, the guys that ship these are very reliable and Eddie the Sales Manager there is a really nice guy who is always happy to help.
