anyone figure out how to get the DRL to stay at 100% brightness when the headlights are on?

I did a couple searches on it but couldnt find a definite solution. any suggestions?

What exactly is it you're asking?
If the DRLs are on when the headlights are on?

The LED DRL strip at the bottom of the headlight housing dim every time the headlights come on. I don't know how to do it, but it'd be kinda cool if it could be done.
