Does anyone see/have the steering wheel with decorative wood insert?
(for example look here http://www.lexus.com.hk/Images/CT200h_ebrochure_2011_tcm240-183234.pdf
)

I saw it only in Lexus OEM parts catalog, as i understand this kind of wheels also include the "wheel heater" option.

I think the F-Sport gets a perforated leather steering wheel.

This and the heated wheel I would take.

Interesting. There is a built in arm rest, different steering wheel, two new colors and no nuluxe. Just leather (with the addition of ivory) and fabric. These are things I just noticed, since I don't yet have my CT, forgive me if I'm wrong or missed any.

The brochure lists Lexus Hong Kong at the bottom. I wonder if this s a brochure for the 2012 model. I also wonder why there is fabric instead of nuluxe.
Finally, got this wheel!!11 =)
Steering pads looks very nice.

The arm rest seems to be a RHD feature, option is also available in Japan...not sure why their left arm needs a rest and our right arms don't require one...

Is there an optional arm rest available?

Hi SID -
Are "paddle shifters" and the heated steering wheel an *option* for Russia?

If not, "how" will the paddle shifters and heated steering wheel work once you've installed them?

If the connectors are already there from the factory - AND the software - it may be something that we can also purchase from Yahoo Japan ... but .... ?

Also wondering about the airbag for the USA .... and if it is interchangeable with the one that you purchased. It seems that there has to be a reason why we (USA) do not have the heated steering wheel / padle shifters other than Lexus just not wanting to add it as an option.

Hello, rdalemercer!
Well, heated wheel offered as option from 2012MY in Russia, meanwhile shifters are not avaliable - represented only on Japan market.

About thouse shifters i can say that they definetley should work:
Look at this picture http://img-fotki.yandex.ru/get/5907/t-e-u.0/0_6ff38_2144b00b_orig
It's the standart worldwide CT wheel. Look at the empty white socket inside - it's the mother connections socket of the shifter pads :) So, i belive all cars already have the nessesary wiring.
Why they are absent in USA? Don't know, perhaps for some merketing reasons... But i belive that the main reason - it's just a "toy", useless stuff.

The situation with heated wheel is difficult. Additionally i have ordered:
on-off button
relay
steering wheel spiral cable assy *(the most expensive!! :(((( )

Actualy, i don't know anything about existing car wiring, does it have or not nessesary wires? I belive it's not, so it's gonna be a difficult to install.

Thanks for the reply SID, I'd be interested in hearing your results once they have all been installed.

Are you re-using your steering wheel airbag?

Yeaj, i'm going to use my current airbag, there is no difference :)

Hi SID, is your paddle shift working? Very interested to know, thanks.
Hey SID is there a wiring connector on all CT's that supports the heated steering wheel?
