Just curious… At night, all kinds of buttons get illuminated i.e., window controls, radio buttons, all the steering wheel buttons etc. However, my dash light dimming knob does not illuminate at night. Is the bulb that illuminates this switch is out or is it simply not illuminated by design? Comments are very welcome.

Yea, I've had some cars where this control is illuminated, but most of the time it is not. Looking at the control in the daytime it doesn't appear that it's supposed to be illuminated on the CT.
