This is my first Lexus too. We get the first oil change free @ 10000 miles. After that, I've heard it's around $120 because of the synthetic oil and the Lexus premium upcharge. Before I pay that much, I will inquire at my local Toyota dealer. They can probably do better.Just wandering what is the going price for an oil change on the CT at the dealer.

I am going to have to check with my dealer but $120 thats steep. I have never used synthetic oil so don't know their cost. My Jag is much cheaper than that and everything for the Jag is expensive. We get free oil changes for as long as we own the car as well as free car washes whenever we want them down here. I thought it was a Lexus thing, but maybe it is just my dealer.
My thoughts on getting a car serviced away from the dealership:Except for the free oil change at the dealership, I usually have my oil change at the independent shops. Usually synthetic oil change is about $50 or so.
I do notice better fuel economy with synthetic oil comparing to the regular oil.

LOL. Yeah okay. All I'm saying, from experience, is trust a good dealer, pay the ongoing maintenance, build a good relationship, and you WILL be looked after properly. It's in their best interest!
Your choice, of course, but don't say 'I didn't tell you so'After my complimentary 10k mile service, that'll be the last time I see my dealer.
Did you apply online or at the dealership? Who is the creditor(visa/mastercard/etc)?Get a Lexus credit card and never pay for an oil change again. Use your points. Next time you buy a Lexus use your points to pay part of the cost. I got $300.00 off the price of my CT with my points.
You can apply online or over the phone for the Visa Card.Did you apply online or at the dealership? Who is the creditor(visa/mastercard/etc)?
