Most would have probably noticed, this I sure didn't. I was getting out of my other car tonight parking next to the CT in my driveway. I looked over and realized the interior lights were on. I thought I left a switch on but then they suddenly went off. I walked closer to the car again and whalla! They came on again as well as the mirror lights. Very cool feature!

I still had the key in my pocket from my earlier drive. I was rushing home from work jumping in the family mobile and took off. Not a big deal just something I thought was cool!

I was just as surprised as you were when I first noticed this!!! It's like a parlor trick... "Watch closely as I miraculously turn on the interior lights WITHOUT TOUCHING THE CAR."

It's actually a common feature found on most models with the smart key feature I believe. My brothers 2007 IS350 has this feature and my mothers 2010 ES350 has it as well. It's cool nonetheless.
