hi every body,
when I drive my ct200 over uneven road or over train track, i hear clunking noise ( slow speed). I took my car to my mechanic. He said the noise from the tire, but I don't it is. Is it possible from stabilizer bars or from suspension rod bushings. any ideas?

Haha I don’t think a rubber tyre makes a clunking noise.
You need to change mechanics.

I have found out the clunking noise. It is from steering shaft. I tried both bolts and noise is gone

Yes, try to tight the two 12 mm bolts, one connects to lower shaft, the other to steering wheel

I have the same in my steering column. I took it to the Toyota dealer and told them about the bottom bolt. They checked that but said it was tight. Maybe they didn't know to check the upper one. It's very minor and only when going slow over uneven surfaces so I've pretty much just gotten used to it.
