New CT200h that had a dealer-installed remote start kit installed last week.
Today, I could not start the car to drive by just having the key in my possession and the touch lock/unlock doesn't work.
I have to start the car by holding the key to the power button so it lights up to allow Power On. That's symptoms of battery dead, but I can lock/unlock the doors with the fob and can even remote start the car.
The real kicker is that my wife's fob has exactly the operating results as mine!
Anyone have any ideas as to what might cause this behavior?
