Car completely dead after installing rear lower marker LED lights

Long story shortened: I bought crystaleye rear taillights, those work and look great. In the middle of installing lower rear reflector replacements that are LED. Touched another wire by mistake, everything in the back goes dark. Started checking fuses, malfunction appears in dash. Car towed to Lexus. They recommended at $640.30 to replace all fuses. Did that today in 15 minutes. Nothing turned on except front halogen lights. Help!!!!
