I have a 1998 Civic with a turbocharged D16B2 motor and automatic S1LA gearbox (stock). I use a chipped P06 ECU. Your intake will be gone anyway.
Civics do not have a seperate TCU like the accords do so don't worry about the box .It's costly though, turbocharging always is
