Hey guys new owner here of a 2012 CT200h sport with, full audio package and navi. Having a problem using my music on my droid x and my contacts keep disappearing. Took it to Lexus they were able to get it to work for about 1/2 day then back to this situation. Contacts come and go at random (phone still works) and the BT?? Will not connect to my phone's music. Anyone had this happen? If so is there a work around other then getting a new phone. I work out of my car so I really need to get this fixed. When it works it's so great!!!!

I have an HTC Raider, that doesn't like the CT either. The dealership got it to work with BT audio, but it crapped out a few hours later. My wife's Sony and my kid's LG work flawlessly. It seems Lexus and HTC have some sort of handshake issue that is beyond my limited understanding of tech.
According to the dealer, Blackberry and Apples all work beautifully as well.

Thanks for the impute Aspencdn. I posted this on clublexus.com and all I heard was crickets.....

I'm thinking of upgrading my phone anyway. Looks like this is going to happen sooner then expected.

Anyone using a Samsung Note 3 or any Samsung Galaxy product? If so how is it working?

New phone, Note 3 works great no more issues. Also I did not realize that your contacts disappear when the car is moving.
