Anybody have any suggestions for a bike rack and/or roof rack system?

Trailer hitch is definitely a no go. Not recommended. The car is too low.
The Yakima site does not have yet for the CT200h. I think a roof rack will be the way to go.
I found this number as something that looks like it is offered In Europe maybe.

PZ403-Z0610-GA

Likely borrowed from a Toyota part..??

Hi,

I purchased the dedicated roof bars, they are exactly like the ones mention by kalo925, and Thule bike carrier. They work nicely though are not that quick to fit

Those were Toyota products? Part numbers? Where did you buy them? Thanks..
UK accessories brochure here. Bike and roof racks and a cycle carrier.

Have you checked Thule?
I am in the UK and had to buy the Lexus bars because Thule did not do foot packs to fit the CT200 for my existing Thule bars, at least that was the case in April
Can somebody post a picture of how the Lexus Rack looks on the CT200?
I have a sunroof and this seems to render the sunroof useless as well
Could I still use the Thule Bike Racks with this Lexus rack?
Does it look ugly on the car? Does it make a lot of wind noise when on?
Notice any large degrade in fuel economy?

Some kind of roof rack system or buy another vehicle. Seriously. You can't safely mount a rear bumper hitch (unless you don't go up any hills at all) since the car is low to the ground to begin with.
