Bigger brakes?

Hello all! I was wondering if there was any way to get bigger brakes for my car without absolutely crushing my wallet. I found some big brake kits dedicated to the CT200h but they're really pricey and I was wondering if anyone had any good suggestions, or had gotten bigger brakes for their CT themselves? My discs are steel and incredibly tiny, so they overheat very fast when I'm driving the car hard, which really prevents me from putting down good laps at race events (Yes, I track my CT occasionally, along with autocross events too.) because my brakes get very hot very fast. If anyone has any suggestions or recommendations, don't be afraid to tell me please. Cheers :)

Slotted or drilled rotors will help it to keep cooler. Can also look at some tubing to route air directly to brakes. Ct uses dot 3 fluid so I would go with dot 4 motul brake fluid and maybe braided brake lines. Finally some street/track pads. I like akibono ceramic or ebc. Good luck and this should help without spending money on a bbk where you might also need to spend money on different wheels and tires for BBK caliper clearance.
