Hi, I have a 2014 CT200H F Sport.

I am interested in replacing the factory radio next to the shifter (not the nav screen) with a touch screen head unit. I've seen some pictures online of people with touch screen head units and was wondering if there is a most used or most reliable model for the CT200h. My main requirement for it would that it has Apple CarPlay with it. Also wanted to ask if replacing with a touch screen unit will affect the navigation screen and whether the backup camera would be shown in just one or both of the screens.

Best would be to go in to aliexpress and search 'ct2....headunit' and look at the features and ask how it integrates with models with navigation. The sellers are usually responsive and helpful. I bought mine a while ago, and I was looking at some the other day and the new ones look nice. I think I have seen a person here that had the dual screen thing going but I think he sold his car and is not here anymore.
