Any of you Ontario folks had a chance to figure out what the best headlight sensitivity setting is to match our "half-hour after sunrise, half-hour before sunset" laws?

Hmmm. Never really though about the legal requirements. However, it seems that if you follow the strict letter of the law, you will be driving around in the dark with your light off.

The default setting is a bit more sensitive, but has worked well for us so far. :)

I guess I'll leave the auto lights on the default and see how it goes - may have to change the sensitivity when the sodium lamps glow off mounds of snow;)

I haven't had any issue with the factory setting - but I DO turn the lights on manually in inclement weather.
Ontario should have a law like they do in some states, where if your wipers are on, so are your headlights. Just makes so much sense safety-wise so other drives can see your rear in bad weather.

I just changed my auto light sensitivity to the second most sensitive setting as I like to have my lights come on early...but I also like the day time LED lights...so a compromise.
