Another update ish, I installed TRD skirts, lip, rear diffuser, modified the factory exhaust with functional dual outlets/tips. I updated to 2018+ taillights but I am still in progress for figuring out the turn signal problem (already have LED flasher relay installed without any luck). I’ll likely do another thread once that’s all done to my liking.

Off topic: Did you roll your rear fender lips?
I did, my camber isn’t aggressive. About -0.5 all around. Prior to rolling the rear fenders, I wouldn’t noticeably rub on straight away bumps/dips, but turns/cornering I would noticing them slightly rubbing. Front fender liners I cut the parts that were rubbing

Do these tallights fit a 2013 model? Considering these but have been getting conflicting information on compatibility because of the hatch appliqué panel.

These taillights will work on a 2011-2020 CT. You just have to make sure you get the hatch garnish as well since it’s different

Hate to bug you, but could you get a measurement of how far that gen2 trd lip extends from the wheel arch before meeting with the 2018+ fog grille? The part where it lays flat on the side of the bumper. I put a big crack in my bumper in that same area as yours(much worse though, extends up the bumper about an inch) and was just going to cover it up with the TRD lip. I know the gen1 trd lip will cover it, but looks like the new one has a lot less material overlapping the bumper. The gen1 lip looks way too dated now imo

Might have some info that could help u out if you're fitment shopping: I ran the same size tire as him for the last 100k miles, although not quite as low(trd springs, I have those same coilovers on another car though), and never once had issues with the rear fender lips. I also had them on ET35 offset instead of his ET45 so you'd think I'd have more of an issue. Camber also nearly zeroed out. I'd typically get some light rub on a bump while turning hard at highway speeds when the tires are brand new, but slowly fades as the tire wears. I've since rolled the fronts and switched from the 245/40r18 to a 235/45r18 and zero issues whatsoever. 245 with 45 offset and nothing lower than the trd springs should give you zero rub without rolling.

Confirmed with a sales rep for an aftermarket headlight manufacturer today that they'll have an aftermarket 1:1 clone of these ready by the end of the month, with a pair costing less than the current price of a used single headlight from Yahoo JP. I'll be ordering a sample set in a couple weeks. LHD and RHD

Edit: Also have a supplier for the OEM Koito headlights for a little over $1k/pair shipped to US, lmk if anyone needs the contact.

Would you be able to share the information for the headlight clone? Interested in the headlight upgrade. Are these headlights compatible with the stock LED (non-halogen) headlights? Thanks!

Thanks! Looking forward to the updates! Just trying to please my wife with her car. We bought it from someone who neglected it and didn't want to put any TLC on it. Appreciate the info 🙏!

Looks like my crack at the furthest point sits right at 2 3/4". 50/50 chance it might still be slightly visible 😔 Time to break out the dremel, filler, and paint sprayer 🙃

On another note, anyone interested in some tail light replicas? I got tired of getting sniped on used oem sets on yahoo.jp for $1200+, Got a supplier for an aftermarket option, going to run roughly $700 for the full set, new, including shipping. Going to order myself a set but I wouldn't mind adding a couple more to my shipment if anyone needs them.

@OP did you get the turn signal situation sorted yet?

So I have a couple vendors lined up, all coming from the same supplier. Not going to be in stock until mid May most likely, and they're shipping my sample set by sea so roughly 45-60 days before I even get my set to test
Realistically won't have my sample until mid July. Once I can vouch for the quality I'll probably order a few more to sell domestically, but that means roughly end of summer-ish.
I'm aiming to keep the price well under $1k shipped domestically for a full LHD set including pre-built plug&play wiring harnesses & a warranty

You'll have to either replace the entire thing or open up the headlight to replace the broken/damaged parts. I recall a member taking her burned DRL to a shop to get replaced. She was told "That due to a design error, the led is very close to the optical fiber and melted with the heat."

I took snips on her video of the headlight

It's on the facebook group Lexus CT200h USA group, there's no direct link to the private group video, you can see if this works. You may need to join the group to view.
