Model Numbers 9900 vs. 9909

I found this link to a chart of the 2012 Lexus model lineup. It shows the 9900 as the base CT and the 9909 as the premium CT.

Isn't that backwards? Looks like a typo, right?

Are there any changes in the 2012. I am trying to purchase a 2011 now.

The differences are the 2012 adds:
- F-sport option (available in blue)
- Vehicle proximity notification system (car makes a sound when in EV mode to protect pedestrians)
- The dark gray color option is a different dark grey (Nebula Gray Pearl)
- CT's without nav have a different aux power console with a 12v outlet

That's it. The rest of the 2012 is same as 2011.
