Right, it doesn't make logical sense for them to cut the lifecycle of the 2011 CT in half by six months by releasing the 2012 in Sept./October. However, it seems like everyone else on the forum seems to think that is the case. Am I missing something here?

Guess the joke would be on us then... I was disappointed as there were rumors that Lexus was going to introduce the CT as a 2012 from the start and when I went in I saw it was a 2011 . But I agree it doesn't make sense for them to start introducing the 2012's till late in 2011 or early 2012 when this was just arrived in the show rooms in mid March.

Same here rehabmax. I got mine a week after the earthquake. Haven't looked back since.

How reliable are dealers in Canada? It's really hit or miss here in CA. Most dealers have no clue what they're talking about unless the car is in the database with a VIN. David, did you get a confirmation with VIN and car window sticker printout?

I've found, after many years and trades, that most sales people know little above the basics about what they are selling. I ususally have more current information, including available features then the dealers sales staff have. This may be one reason why a local dealer was hoping I was layed off after a publiced article on our company haviing a large layoff. He wanted me to join his sales staff and it's an open offer.
