Hi, I have been having problems with the bluetooth Mic when im on the phone it's sound as if I've got the window opens really fuzzy? Where is the mic located?

I have a 2017 CT200h F Sport with the black F Sport springs and am considering upgrading to the blue F Sport springs. What will the difference in ride quality be like, from those who have done the upgrade? As much as I love the sporty handling of my CT, I want to keep it comfortable.
