Do you have the Lexus CT200h OEM phone holder that can no longer support your larger phone? A replacement extension arm is available from Shapeways that will support larger phones in the OEM holder. Very easy to swap out. Supports all the new large phones...

Just a heads up, the larger sized cell phones that are out might not fit in the upright position in your cell phone holder... Had the HTC Evo and it was fine but my new Galaxy IIIs wont fit. Looks horible in the horizontal position but oh well.
