Here you go , from Edmunds:

    base car 2011 invoice=$27,052 MSRP=$29,120 markup = $2,068
    premium car 2011 invoice=$28,706 MSRP=$30,900 markup = $2,194

    options:leather invoice=$1,144 MSRP=$1,330 markup= $186
    HDD Navigation package invoice=$2,214 MSRP=$2,445 markup=$231

Your ability to get a good deal is tied to the supply and demand in your region. Some dealers will not discount CTs at all, while in others you can save over $1,200 on a new 2012.

Edmunds is a good free source for pricing information. Consumer Reports offers a "Build and Buy" service which is relatively inexpensive. The CR Build and Buy program lets you select and configure your CT, then points you to dealers in your region who will honor their no-haggle price. The discounted price varies greatly by region, so your mileage may vary.

As a reference for those in GTA (Canada), I pulled the trigger on a new 2012 CT200h base last week (ETA late March from the Feb production batch) for ~$1.5K off MSRP. Then again, there was a stupid FCCP fee for etching and some other crap that costed ~$0.5K, so it's really ~$1K off MSRP. In comparison, APA has a pre-negotiated price of ~$800 off MSRP, but you also need to take into consideration APA membership and processing fees which amount to ~$150. Also depending on that dealership, you might still be charged that FCCP fee as well. All in all, I thought it was a decent deal.
