Canada Issues: Sticky? or Separate Forum?

There is a thread in the General Discussion forum on Canadian issues.

I believe the number of posts justify, as a minimum, a sticky thread in that forum, and perhaps optimally, its own forum.

I think a Canadian CT200h forum/section is warranted.
