If something breaks, and is (could be) caused by lowering your car then it will be void.
But if its some sort of electrical thing I doubt they'd give you trouble over having a lowered car.

The F Sport lowering springs (~ 0.8" drop) will not void any warranty if purchased and installed by an authorized Lexus dealer
