Volk TE37 offset question.

Hi All,
I found TE37SL in local shop, but they are 18x9.5 +22 5x100. Do you guy think that fit CT200h?? Need any fender mod?? please, let me know. Thanks

OEM 10 spoke wheel is 17x7 size, +45 offset, 5x100

Unlikely to fit without fender mods

Inner clearance 9 mm less than OEM

and outer edge will extend 55mm more (over 2 inches)
