Just curious how many of you name your cars? If you gave it a name, what is its name?

As for myself, I named my ct Wasabi, what you guys think?

I call mine 'the Lexus' or 'the CT'.

I'm not really into wasting imaginative power on dreaming up names for inanimate objects like cars.

Most of my family's car names come from the registration plates :
ExxAVL - Avril
CLOxxxH - Chloe
Or I just fall back to "Buggy"

PS I'm also superstitious around machines and think they have personalities ... Treat them right and they usually respond with appreciation. Unless it's a Rover and then it's just a piece of ...

Poppy as she's Mesa Red, it's short, and I often give my cars floral names.

Cool idea to come up with a name from their plate numbers. Seems like it was destined to be its name. It would be difficult for me to do the same though as I only have numbers.

Thanks for sharing everyone, many cute and interesting names. I name my CT Wasabi because I work in the food industry and also because the CT is definitely one "HOT" machine. Plus it simply sounds cute.

I went with Claire. I have a paticular method... The Black Mustang was Monique, the White Mustang was Monica, the Red Fusion was Falica, The Red Escape was Elise, and the Blue 74 Spitfire was Saline.
