The dumbest thing on the car is the gas gauge and fuel economy lines. Why do they go up to 30 l/100?? This compresses the 0-10 range to the point that it's basically useless.
Who designed this?
When my fuel low light first comes on, it show 34 miles distance to empty...I always let it go to "0" and then fill-up...at that point, in gallons, I put in 9 gallons and it's full. I don't put anymore in after it automatically stops as it is consistent that way (although some pumps may stop at different levels) but somewhat consistent when adding my cost vs MPG on Fuelly.com
Today it is cold here in Ft Lauderdale...took the car out for a drive and noticed in colder weather, it makes a huge difference as fas as battery only power and how long the battery will power the car vs when it is hot out...in cold weather, it's a much shorter battery span thus causing worse MPG
I don't have to fill up my CT at all. It runs on its reputation.
