I would like to write few words about RES installation process.

The installation procedure is well-described in the equipped manual (read this thread for pdf - link), so i don't post images about that.
The whole process took around 2-3 hours for the first time If your car not from US-market, then i'm sure i will have the same problem

First of all, here is EWD

Look at the F5 connection point - it's 12v running from the ignition relay. And this is a trouble for non-US versions, the car harness mother-socket
doesn't have the necessary pin for the RES harness.

Circle - father-socket of the RES harness connected to the car's mother-socket.
Yellow and Blue wires - F7 and F3 connection points
Black wire - missing F5 connection point.

Well, i have to route my own wire, i choose the "seat heater" buttons from the center tunnel (read the owners manual about ECU Ig2 fuse and choose yours... )

The total CAR destruction will look like...

Here is the archive with all necessary tech-doc: http://narod.ru/disk/30969890001/RES INFO.RAR.html

Does this require a FOB with the trunk release? That's what a dealer said I needed when i wanted to buy the kit online. Going through the installation manual, it looks like the standard key FOB.

    Thanks in advance!

My FOB without this button, so this is not necessary
I believe that "keyless entry system" option is not necessary too.

Belgian CT200's are missing the F3, F5 and F7 connection point
Can anyone tell me the connection numbers on the BODY ECU
I geuss I'll have to route 3 wires but you only have the solution for F5

    That's sucks, man
    I have this scheme:

As you can see, the 3 and 7 RES pin corresponding with 16 and 4 MAIN ECU pin.
I don't have dataspec about Main ECU, so you should visit https://techinfo.toyota.com
