foglight breakage?

has anyone else had a problem with foglight breakage? I haven't hit anything and have now gone thru 2 lights within a month, a left and a right light. They are glass and I question their design.

No problems with my CT and I'm at 6000 miles. That issue should be covered under warranty maybe?
